START WITH THE
30-DAY ONRAMP.

  • → Two 45-minute full-body sessions a week
  • → One simple food log — no calorie math on day one
  • → Four weeks, then we decide what's next together
"You don't need to arrive with a plan. You need to arrive honest. The onramp is the plan."

AFTER YOU BOOK.

Step 01
Within a day

I text you to confirm the time. Real person, real phone number — not an autoresponder.

Step 02
On the call

Fifteen minutes. Your week, your knees, your sleep, the one thing you'd change first. You get an honest read and exact pricing for every option. No pitch, no pressure.

Step 03
After the call

If it's a fit, you start the 30-Day Onramp. If it's not, you leave with a plan anyway. No contracts, no subscriptions you can't cancel with one text.

── PANEL 05 · THE COMPLAINT ──
FJ-05
overheard, mirror, 3 AM

"I just can't find the time."
"I do calisthenics at home. I have a buddy who's ripped from doing it."

Sound familiar?
  • No plan that survives real life.
You're short on a plan you'd run at 6 PM after a warehouse shift with knees that hurt.
  • A buddy's program.
It kept him from getting worse. It's not going to get you better.
  • Waiting for motivation.
The bottleneck isn't motivation. It's friction. I remove friction.

The method — the one benefit

CONFIDENCETOSHOWUP.

01 · Meet you where you are

Phase-3-of-change client, warehouse worker, dispatch, dad — everyone's day is different. The plan is built around yours.

02 · Program you'll run for 12 weeks

Not a program you'd run for four days. Consistency isn't a trait — it's an outcome of the right friction.

03 · No fluff. Ever.

No unobtainable goals. No snake oil. Just the reps, the food floor, and one text-check-in when the week gets messy.

── PANEL 07 · TARGET OUTCOMES ──
FJ-07

Target outcomes — six months from now

01

Fit back in your old jeans.

Boring, permanent, five to twenty pounds down. No juice-cleanse whiplash.

02

Play longer with your kids.

Cardio you don't dread. Squats that hold up on the hike your daughter asked about.

03

Be proud of what you see in the mirror.

The 3 AM reflection stops arguing with you. That's the actual goal.

“

I hadn't touched a barbell in nine years. Six months in, my old jeans fit and my daughter asked me to lead the hike again. That's the win. I don't care about the scale.

— Marcus, 34 · dispatch, IN
21 lbs down · anchor-lift PRs re-set · sleep window 4.5→6.5h
“

Jake doesn't sell you the mountain. He hands you the shoes and walks the first mile. Every time I've tried to quit, he's just texted me the minimum-effective session for a bad week. I've never taken a full week off.

— Amanda, 29 · nurse, remote client
Squat 95→175 lb · 18 wk streak · 0 restarts
“

I came in thinking I needed motivation. Turns out I needed permission. Jake gave me permission to want more than the couch and the calisthenics buddy. I got it.

— Devin, 41 · warehouse lead, in-person
Bench 135→205 lb · 12 wk on-ramp completed

The 1:1

Evansville, Indiana base. You show up, I run the session, you leave with a plan for the two days you're on your own.

The Pair

Program, form checks, weekly check-ins, and the text I send at 5:47 AM on the day you'd have skipped.

30-Day Onramp

The four-week structure that gets you from calisthenics-with-a-buddy to a barbell three times a week.

── PANEL 10 · INTAKE PROTOCOL ──
FJ-10

HOW WE START.

01
You send a note

Text, call, or email. Tell me what's actually going on — not the polished version. "I do calisthenics with a buddy" is a fine starting sentence.

02
We do a 20-minute intake

Free. Voice or in-person. I ask about your week, your knees, your sleep, and the one thing you'd change first. No pitch.

03
You run the 30-Day Onramp

Four weeks. Two full-body sessions a week, food log, and the fix for the one habit that's costing you the most.

04
We decide what's next

1:1, The Pair, or wave goodbye with a plan you can run alone. All three are wins. None of them are a subscription trap.

unexpected fact

More educated than I come off as. That's on purpose. Nobody needs a lecture — you need a coach.

TOP
COMMENTS.

+I don't have time.

Nobody does. The 30-Day Onramp is two 45-minute sessions a week and a two-column food log. If you can't spare 90 minutes across a week, coaching isn't your bottleneck — sleep is.

+I don't know where to start.

That's the entire job of the intake call. You don't need to arrive with a plan. You need to arrive honest.

+Gyms make me anxious.

We can do the first two weeks in a quieter time block, or fully online. Nobody gets thrown into a crowded room they hate.

+How fast will I see results?

Three months for you to feel it. Six months for your peers to notice. Longer than that? You'll stop measuring in months.

No pitch. No pressure. Send the note. We'll do the twenty-minute intake and go from there.
